MY: Efficiency of Customer Services

On 20/1/10, I provided feedback on MH Enrich related process provided by the check in counter staff via its website. Only today, 8/2/10 I received an email from Enrich acknowledging receipt of my feedback.


I wonder how long more for them to analyze my feedback and get back to me.....

Do you think AK is better? hmmmm...... wait and see... I have one case pending from AK since July 2009!
