QA: Biz n Leisure

Last Thursday, I was invited to join a meeting with regards to the development of the system for the client. I know to certain extent that I am involved, but not when itcomes to Arabic related tasks. When I got into the meeting room, I noticed that I am the only person (apart form the presenter who will be leaving for US) that is not Arabic fluent. First something fishy...

The item discussed was about form generation in the system. Word of caution given: this is a messy stuff and one of the most complicated modules in the system. Second something fishy...

The next morning, I received an email from the Project Manager that I have to take FULL responsibility on this messy stuff. That's it! I knew it.. I can sense that fishy smell the moment I stepped my feet into that meeting room!

Well, as people always say, takes thing positively, so I take this positively.

And yesterday, my boss from Red Dot emailed me asking when I will be back to the country to discuss about my career plan (anytime as long as you pay for the ticket :-)). If I have no plan, he said he will fly to Qatar for a day or two to discuss about it. Wow... I feel so important :-)) Anyway, have yet to response to his email :-))

What ever it is, I am spending my time in Muscat this weekend.. that is more important for the time being...
